DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Actual review would be 0 stars not 1. Notice how all 5 stars reviews are verified but none of the 1 stars are!!! Still waiting for a refund of £89.95 for 3 bottles of Au Red Cherry vodka ordered in December 2021. I have emailed and tried to phone but no answer. The phone number just keeps ringing then disconnects. Even put a previous Trust pilot review on and Ultimate drinks asked for my order number through Trust pilot in order to validate my order but I still haven't heard!!! I can't believe that they are so shoddy with respect to their service and customers. Cannot feel any more disappointed, frustrated and ripped off.

Don’t order from this company!
Don’t order from this company!! I have been waiting for an order since February and cannot get hold of them by phone or email to get a refund or receive the item.
SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered a bottle of whiskey, charged straight away but it wasn't despatched. Emailed a week or so later and got the same generic covid-excuse email that other people on here seem to have had. Wish I'd read all the reviews before purchasing. The 5 star reviews on here do not appear to be genuine - they're almost all from people with only 1 or 2 other reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM COMPANY
PLEASE, PLEASE do not believe all the 5 star reviews on this site. I placed an order in December and have still not had the goods, nor been able to contact the Company about it. All that happens is that they immediately confirm the Order, deduct the money straight away, then say that they have Covid Problems. My Bank are trying to sort out. Cannot give a NIL STAR and this Company is clearly a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering!! Paid for fast delivery waited 3 weeks but no communication only a standard email about not having enough staff due to covid. No reply to my emails and never answer the phone so i had to claim the money back through my bank. If you do purchase with this company i would suggest using a credit card so you are covered but if you have read this far find another company and read there reviews.

Brilliant customer service
I contacted Ultimate Drinks to find out if they could deliver on a specified date. I was expecting to pay for the service as I have done with other companies in the past, but they waived the charge and the delivery arrived at 9am on the requested day.

They took my money, I received an automated email saying the order was placed. I downloaded the app to be able to track it. After 10 days it was still not dispatched so I decided to contact them. I have since attempted to contact them over a dozen times in various methods and had one copy+paste response suggesting they are short of staff due to covid. So I waited two more weeks, still nothing. So I'm leaving this review and going to my bank to get my money back. If they are that short on staff they need to put a disclaimer on their website and say that low value orders will be ignored.
Appalling Service
Appalling service. I ordered a bottle of Hennessy VS Cognac at the start of January and still haven't received it (17th Feb when writing this). I have phoned (no-one answers) and emailed (automated response stating delays due to COVID). It doesn't take 6 weeks to despatch one bottle of cognac despite staff shortages. I would recommend everyone steer clear of this company as they have shown themseleves to be totally unreliable and as far as I'm concerned, operating an online scam.
Ordered drink on 21/1/21 not received
Ordered drinks worth £89.90 on 21st December money taken on the day. So far no delivery. I have emailed and filled in the contact form on the website still no reply. I have also tried the phone number multiple times no pick up. I think I will have to cancel my order and get my bank to refund me. I would not mind if its delayed as long as there was some contact from the company.

Fraudulent or Incompetent?
Having made an order for a Christmas gift in early December and paid for express delivery, the item never arrived. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company by email and phone and later demanding a refund, I have had to go through my bank to retrieve the money spent. Still no contact from them.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID
Spent a lot of money ordering wine on 11th December for Christmas which has never arrived. Have emailed them 5 times now with no response and tried calling the phone number loads of times at different days and times no one ever answers. Seems like a Scam company, they are taking money and not sending orders. HOW CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? THEY NEED REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS

Product not received and no contact!
Avoid this company at all costs, placed an order on 19th December and decided to send an email asking where it was. Only thing I got back was email stating they had lots of people off with COVID. No mention of when the order will be processed so I decided to cancel my order via email and got nothing back. Tried ringing and nothing, all I can say is avoid this company as they are clearly a joke and just want your money.

Quality/ price excellent customer service not
Quality and price excellent. Customer service non existent. Delivery supposed to be within 7 days, no delivery after 2 weeks, e-mailed but got auto response about covid. Tried to phone but just rang out. Was getting concerned as items were for Christmas presents. Finally got notification from parcel force that it was on its way.
Impossible to contact
Ordered on 14th December and paid express delivery to ensure it will be here before Xmas. The app showing delivery status is still showing not dispatched. Contacted them as it’s now 21st December but no answer on either phone or email (got automated response from email to say they have a staff shortage due to covid…if this is the case then surely they shouldn’t be offering express delivery as they can’t deliver it).
Will not be ordering from these again as seems a total shambles of a company.

They didn't deliver on time!!
They didn't deliver on time as per the shipping that I paid for! I tried to contact them by phone - the number just rang out and cut off. I then contacted them by email and received a generic reply!!
I have now asked for a refund (by email) and have not yet received a reply!!
I would avoid this company if i was you!!!!!
